Concrete Demolition
When concrete demolition is required, you need to feel confident that you’ve chosen a skilled and experienced concrete breaking and sawing company to get the job done right. At G&M Services, we have been offering concrete demolition for over 25 years in the Baltimore, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, and Pennsylvania regions. Our highly trained field mechanics are drug-free and receive ongoing training to ensure they complete every concrete demolition job safely and expertly.
Why would I need concrete demolition?
Concrete demolition is necessary when other concrete cutting methods are not possible due to access issues or other constraints. For plumbing, electrical work, and steamfitting, demolition is sometimes the only possible option to create the pipe penetrations needed.
Concrete demolition is one of the only services we provide that is not a wet method. We supply our own generators, when needed, and can bring gas, hydraulic, diesel, or electric equipment depending on the unique needs of each job site.
How can I trust that G&M Services will get my concrete demolition job done safely and correctly?
When it comes to concrete demolition, safety must be a top concern and at G&M Services, we take safety seriously for both our employees and others in the field. This is why we work to continually educate and reward our staff for incorporating safe practices throughout the workday. At G&M Services, safety is not just a goal: It is a requirement.

How does your project process work?
At G&M Services, we start by performing a site visit. After discussing every aspect of the project with you, we devise the best possible solutions for the task at hand. We create a plan to accomplish the desired task with a safe and cost effective solution and submit it to you for approval. If you find the proposal satisfactory, the work begins on an agreed upon date.
